  • Adheres to and enforces all policies and procedures of the department and the college, as well as the rules and regulations of the NJCAA and MACCC.
  • Assist with specific aspects of the basket ball program
  • Assist with the organization and administration of the basket ball program, including the following: recruit planning, practice and game planning, film coordination, meal planning, travel planning.
  • Assist the head coach and assistant coaches with recruiting plans and recruiting of potential student-athletes.
  • Assist the head coach and assistant coaches in the scouting of opponents and in preparation of game and practice plans.
  • Assist in monitoring academic activities for each of the programs.
  • This includes grade checks, study hall monitoring, and helping advisors.
