Responsibilities
- Provide training/user support/work direction to 3PL WMS super users and the Distribution and Transportation Teams.
- Develop a scope and depth of knowledge in safety, quality, and technical expertise to investigate and drive continuous improvement and innovative solutions.
- Support the SG&A budgeting process; Maintain active engagement in the transportation and distribution industry, benchmarking with companies, agencies and consulting services.
- In this role, you'll help us deliver better care for billions of people around the world.
- This position leads the Distribution and Transportation System and Process Support Team, including the talent development for up to 8 Kimberly-Clark resources.
- Collaborates with other supply chain teams to develop strategic capabilities and provides operational support to deliver against Distribution and Transportation objectives.
- Manage security and business continuity plans for multiple systems and ensure Distribution and Corporate Transportation adheres to internal controls and legal requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, computer science or related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Ability to apply CI/Lean principles towards continuous improvement of a process
Nice to have
- Working knowledge of SAP, warehouse management, and transportation systems preferred
- Knowledge of or willingness to learn analytical tools and ability to analyze complex data to identify root causes or areas of opportunity and make decisions
Compensation
- 105,740 - 130,620 USD

- Along with base pay, this position offers eligibility for a target bonus and a comprehensive benefits suite, including our 401(k) and Profit Sharing plan.
- The anticipated base pay range for this role is provided above for a fully qualified hire.
- Actual pay will depend on several factors, such as location, role, skills, performance, and experience.
