Responsibilities

  • This role exists to drive outcomes, not activity. The responsibilities below reflect where you will personally lead, intervene, and own results.
  • Own end-to-end execution of a portfolio of complex, concurrent SaaS delivery programs, ensuring commitments on timeline, quality, scope, and margin are met.
  • Lead from the front - staying deeply engaged in plans, estimates, risks, dependencies, and delivery details, intervening early when outcomes drift.
  • Drive delivery through measurable business outcomes, holding teams accountable for results rather than process adherence alone.
  • Own production readiness, go-live quality, and post-go-live stability, ensuring strong operational outcomes and sustained client confidence.
  • Partner directly with client executives and steering committees to align technology delivery with business strategy and value realization.
  • Build strong, accountable delivery leaders by coaching project managers and program leads to operate with ownership, discipline, and clarity.
  • Programs consistently deliver on committed timelines, margins, and quality benchmarks.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Agile delivery models, NetSuite, Jira, and modern delivery toolchains.
  • Executive presence with the ability to operate comfortably in both boardroom discussions and delivery execution forums.

  • Deep understanding of Life, Health, and Annuity insurance operations, including policy administration, billing, claims, enrollment, or group benefits platforms.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • PMP, LOMA, FLMI, or Scrum Master certification preferred.

Compensation

  • The annual base salary range for this position is $150,000 to $180,000.
