About the role

- Server Assistants help with food running as well as monitor food quality to ensure O&B presentation standards.

Requirements
- Practice a high level of floor awareness and clear/clean as required
- Other duties as assigned or required
- Valid Smart Serve Certification, required.
- 6 months- 1 year previous experience in a fast paced restaurant environment
- Ability to remain calm under pressure while working in a fast-paced environment
