About the role

Some companies call them "Maintenance Supervisors," but at Prometheus, our Neighborhood Service Managers do so much more.
The Neighborhood Service Manager is responsible for all physical operations of the Neighborhood, particularly the preservation and maintenance of the property.
Leadership - In order to provide a quality living environment, it's essential to establish positive, productive relationships with the Neighborhood staff.

You must have a minimum of five years' experience and/or training in the apartment maintenance and a minimum of two years supervisory experience.
You are able to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, Neighbors, and the general public.
You're ready to help when needed, and you are on-call to help your team & Neighborhood.
You must have a minimum of three certificates from related institutions reflecting completion of maintenance related courses, such as: BOMA, IREM and/or vocational programs.
You must have a working knowledge of federal, state and local governing laws, and the ability to read and interpret documents such as: safety rules, operating manuals and maintenance instructions.
You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
Experience - You must have a minimum of five years' experience and/or training in the apartment maintenance and a minimum of two years supervisory experience.
Safety - You must have a working knowledge of federal, state and local governing laws, and the ability to read and interpret documents such as: safety rules, operating manuals and maintenance instructions.

The provided salary range is based on a number of factors, including location, job-related skills, experience and qualifications.
