Requirements
- Candidate must have six months of custodial experience, which must have been performed within a business/corporation type setting or similar.
- Periodic shift work may be required.
- Must be a Colorado resident to apply.
- You must be willing to relocate if applying from out of town.
Nice to have
- Excellent customer service and time-management skills, and the ability to follow directions.
- Custodial work is defined as primary work duties which include but are not limited to caring for and maintaining offices within an organization.
- Custodian work includes buffing, polishing and disinfecting floors, cleaning lavatories as well as performing general dusting and vacuuming within an office environment.
- Conditions of Employment:
- Must be able to pass pre-employment physical and drug screen.
- Essential Services Designation (Required to be on duty to perform essential and/or emergency services of the University without delay or interruption.)
- Pass a Background Check.
- Candidates who wish to assert Veterans' Preference must attach a copy of their DD214 to their application.
Compensation
- $18.78 - 26.29/hr Although the full hourly range for this position is provided, appointments are typically made at or near the range minimum.
