About the role

  • The incumbent is supervised by the Homeless Program Manager.
  • In this instance, you must provide an additional SF-50 that clearly demonstrates one-year time-in-grade.
  • This occupational series has an Individual Occupational Requirement (IOR) which is a minimum qualification requirement.

Responsibilities

  • Ability to drive a government vehicle.

Requirements

  • For a GS-11 position you must have served 52 weeks at the GS-09.
  • The grade may have been in any occupation, but must have been held in the Federal service.
  • An SF-50 that shows your time-in-grade eligibility must be submitted with your application materials.
  • If the most recent SF-50 has an effective date within the past year, it may not clearly demonstrate you possess one-year time-in-grade, as required by the announcement.

Nice to have

  • Providing pre-employment assessments and workforce re-entry planning.
  • Experience working with homeless and justice-involved populations.
  • Experience in networking with employers and community providers.
  • Experience in job development, placement and supportive coaching.
  • Ability to communicate effectively to people of various socio-economic backgrounds.

Compensation

  • $75k-$97k
