Research and obtain deeds, plats, easements, right-of-way maps, and other records from county, state, and public sources to support survey projects.
Organize and review title reports, legal descriptions, and property documents to prepare for survey field work.
Maintain organized digital and physical project files, research documents, and CAD standards.
Assist in quality control by reviewing survey documents for accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
Support scheduling of survey activities to align research, drafting, and field needs.
Strong experience in property research through county/state records, title documents, and public databases.
Ability to manage multiple projects with shifting priorities.

2+ years of experience in land surveying, drafting, or related research work.
Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, Trimble Business Center, or similar drafting/data processing software.
ability to travel to courthouses, agencies, or job sites when required.
Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering Technology, or related field (preferred).
