Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts by analyzing historical data, point-of-sale trends, and market dynamics.
- Support promotional planning, including product launches and seasonal sales surges.
- Collaborate with supply chain, finance, and sales teams to align forecasts with production and demand planning.
- Support sales representatives to build strong collaborative relationships with external retail merchant teams.
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (including lookups, PivotTables, conditionals, data analysis).
- Proficiency in PowerPoint.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science/Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Demonstrated self-motivation, commitment, positivity, and integrity.
- Strong ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of retail industry best practices
- an international focus is preferred.
- Extensive experience with data visualization software
- experience in Omni analytics platform preferred.
- Experience with Python and/or SQL preferred.
- 3+ years of retail business analyst experience
- international account experience preferred.
