About the role

  • The ideal candidate has a strong, established background working with digital media advertisers, publishers and various technologies.
  • In addition, the ideal candidate has an analytical mindset and the ability to work closely with multiple internal business teams.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day account management for our P&C Insurance partners.
  • Assist in the prioritization of account management activities and initiatives through a thorough understanding of the partner's needs and the company's account management priorities and best practices.
  • Proactively identify problem areas or opportunities through open-ended account review and open-ended data analysis. Compile, analyze and interpret performance data to optimize advertiser campaigns. Resolve partner issues efficiently and proactively.
  • Provide support for all new product initiatives and recommend new platform features based on advertiser feedback and internal requirements.
  • Build significant client relationships.
  • Assist in the creation of performance review presentations to partners, including quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
  • Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with team members based in different time zones across the U.S.
  • This position will focus on overseeing data analysis and day-to-day partner support and requires a strong client-service orientation.

Requirements

  • 2-3+ years of work experience in dealing with large accounts or client management in online advertising.
  • Demonstrated experience with programmatic advertising platforms.
  • Strong Excel proficiency (pivot tables, vlookups, data manipulation).
  • Ability to utilize industry knowledge and insights gained across multiple clients to inform account management strategy and priorities and recommendations to clients.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant industry KPIs.
  • Ability to articulate and communicate clearly, concisely, and thoughtfully, particularly with written communications across various teams and time zones.
  • Understand partner objectives and ROI targets and perform all required analysis, using statistically significant data, to recommend campaign optimizations to internal team members and directly to partners.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of the Insurance vertical and the Insurance ecosystem preferred.

Compensation

  • We are excited to offer a competitive base pay range of $70,000 to $85,000 per year for this position, based on experience and qualifications.
  • Annual bonus program and participation in our Restricted Stock Unit program
