About the role

  • This role is intended for an early-career engineer with practical experience, strong technical curiosity, and a desire to grow within a fast-paced construction environment.
  • The Junior Civil and Structural Engineer will assist with structural calculations, analysis, plan preparation, drawing redlines, field evaluations, and technical coordination under the guidance of senior engineering and project leadership.
  • Assist with infrastructure planning and technical evaluation for assigned projects.

Responsibilities

  • Applies engineering knowledge to support civil and structural design, calculations, analysis, and documentation.
  • Uses logic, data, field observations, and engineering principles to support problem solving.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field required.
  • Experience supporting commercial, industrial, infrastructure, or construction-related projects preferred.
  • Knowledge of structural analysis software required.
  • Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, or related design software required.
  • Experience preparing or supporting construction drawings, redlines, calculations, specifications, and technical documentation preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Willingness to participate in field visits and site evaluations.
  • Engineer-in-Training certification preferred.
