Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload up to 25-30 clients/guests.
- Develop an Individual Service Plan (ISP) or Housing Stabilization Plan to meet client needs.
- Assist in program evaluation and development by preparing reports, billing statements and other outcomes based documents in accordance with funding contracts.
- Professionally communicate with service providers, clients, co-workers, and community partners.
Requirements
- Computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet).
- Ability to think critically and work independently as well as on a team.
- Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.

- Maintain a valid Wisconsin driver license, reliable transportation, and vehicle insurance in compliance with agency requirements.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- The ability to build trust and rapport with clients
- Training and Experience:
- Familiar with issues related to homelessness, mental illnesses and substance abuse.
- Understanding of motivational interviewing and stages of change principles.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
- Good decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to plan, implement, participate and follow through on projects relating to the position.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree and 1 year experience working with the homeless preferred OR Associates degree and 1 year experience working with the homeless required
- Experience working with Veterans preferred.
- Ability to speak Spanish preferred.
Compensation
- $25k-$30k
