About the role
- This role will report to the Chief People Officer and work closely with other business functions to ensure that HR processes are efficient, effective, and compliant with all applicable best practices, laws, and regulations.
- Utilize the HRIS to ensure the accuracy and completeness of HR data, identifying and resolving data issues as they occur with escalation as needed.
- Responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual department communications, documentation, and events including but not limited to Monthly Recognitions, leadership meetings, and Open Enrollment.
Responsibilities
- CPI Security is looking to hire a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to serve our team based in Charlotte, North Carolina.
- Manage the incoming business requests through partnership with department leaders, providing timely and interactive responses to questions, needs and facilitate coordination with applicable business partners.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of HR reports, dashboards, and scorecards to support the business in data-driven decision-making.
- Partner with leaders in driving a culture of employee engagement through event planning, execution, and soliciting feedback.
- Provide guidance and support to HR business partners and other HR functions on data, policy, system and/or reporting needs.
- Partner with business leaders to identify goals and pathways to provide assistance tying concrete results to visionary ideas for growth.

Requirements
- 3-5+ years of progressive in human resources related functions such as employee relations, onboarding, recruiting, investigations, reporting, performance management and employee engagement.
- Other Experience Required
Nice to have
- Moderate knowledge of data/visualization tools such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce, Tableau, and/or Sales Rabbit a plus.
- Experience using HR information systems (HRIS) and data analytics tools, experience with UKG a plus.
