Build the contract templates and playbooks that turn one-off negotiations into a repeatable kit deployed across every site in the pipeline.
Own change orders and claims from first notice to resolution, keeping cost and schedule exposure visible to delivery leads before it lands on the critical path.
Structure subcontractor and vendor agreements that lock pricing and lead times against a build calendar measured in months, not years.
Modular or productized build delivery.

Data center or mission-critical construction.
Behind-the-meter or utility-scale power projects.
Working with AHJs and permitting authorities.
