About the role
- The CAL ensures seamless onboarding of acquired agencies, aligning clinical standards, compliance, and culture with organizational expectations.
- Oversee project management activities related to clinical integration, including timeline development, task coordination, stakeholder communication, and progress tracking to ensure successful execution of acquisition-related initiatives.
- Monitor and report key performance indicators related to clinical outcomes, compliance, and staff retention during integration phases.
Responsibilities
- This role requires expertise in clinical operations, regulatory compliance, and leadership development to support smooth transitions and maintain high-quality care delivery.
- The CAL partners with the Portfolio Clinical Leaders (PCL) and VPCO to drive strategic growth while safeguarding excellence across all four cornerstones: culture, community, clinical/compliance, and finance.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to assess clinical infrastructure and identify gaps or risks during acquisition processes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement across clinical operations, lead improvement initiatives, and implement standardized workflows that enhance efficiency, quality, and consistency across acquired agencies.
- Collaborate with all Service Center Departments to ensure streamlined implementation.
- Provide guidance and support to agency leaders during post-acquisition stabilization, focusing on quality improvement and operational efficiency.

- Previous experience with mergers and acquisitions.
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based applications
Benefits
- A minimum of five years' Home Health and/or Hospice experience
- Strong understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks (state, Federal and Accrediting Organizations) governing home health, hospice, home care and other post-acute care spaces along the care continuum
- Develop and implement transition plans for clinical operations, including orientation, competency validation, and education programs for acquired staff.
