About the role

- Monitor faculty performance and provide regular feedback, coaching, and annual assessments.
Nice to have
- Prior experience instructing for Marine Corps University or CDET programs.
- Experience supervising faculty, instructors, or academic programs.
- Master's degree from an accredited institution.
- Security Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- Active Secret clearance (Tier 3 Investigation) required.

Compensation
- CDET Regional campuses (MCB Quantico VA; MCB Camp Lejeune NC; NAS-JRB Fort Worth TX; MCB Camp Pendleton CA; MCAS Miramar CA; MCB Hawaii; MCB Camp Butler Okinawa Japan)
- This position is contingent upon contract award.*
- The RCI serves as the academic lead for their assigned program and region, overseeing adjunct faculty performance, faculty development, student cohort management, and instructional quality.
- Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage, mentor, train, and evaluate adjunct faculty supporting assigned programs.
- Work with Administrative Support Specialists to organize students into seminar cohorts and assign adjunct faculty instructors.
