Responsibilities
- Support investigations related to workplace safety concerns when applicable.
- Maintain compliance with quality, environmental, and company standards.
- Partner with leaders to address employee relations issues and performance concerns.
- Support conflict resolution and workplace issue management.
- Manage employee onboarding activities within Workday.
- Maintain employee records and personnel documentation.
- Support employee transitions throughout the employment lifecycle.
- Maintain immigration compliance including Visa, EAD, and work authorization tracking.
- Support internal audits and compliance reviews.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
Skills
