About the role

- The M&A & Corporate Counsel will play a key role in strategic and transactional initiatives as well as many other corporate and commercial matters across Amynta.
- Reporting directly to the General Counsel, this role presents an exciting opportunity to join a high growth, M&A-oriented PE portfolio company and work in a highly entrepreneurial environment.
Responsibilities

Compensation
- Our compensation package is tailored to individual qualifications and takes into account factors such as: geographical location, relevant experience, skills and knowledge pertaining to this role and industry.
Benefits
- $225 - $Y250 plus bonus eligibility.
