About the role

  • The warehouse of the future contains high-density, high-precision racking with automated pallet shuttles (like our atlas 1D ) instead of wide aisles that forklifts need to pass through.
  • Early 2021, we opened our US Office and have already grown to around 50 people.

Responsibilities

  • Perform hourly and per-coil quality checks (length, thickness, perforations, etc.).
  • Participate in scheduled 5S audits and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in industrial maintenance, with a focus on steel tasks
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or metal forming environment
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and profiles

Nice to have

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • technical certification or associate degree in Industrial Steel a related field preferred.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
  • Forklift certification (Clark 5T) is a plus

Skills

  • Proficiency in steel techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick).
  • Strong understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
  • Experience with electrical troubleshooting and repair.
  • Familiarity with fabrication tools and techniques.
  • Certifications:
  • Forklift and overhead crane operation certification a plus.
  • Soft
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.
