About the role
- Our department managers/supervisors play a critical role in creating and maintaining a safe workplace for our employees by following all ITT safety policies and procedures and by observing employees to ensure that safety procedures are followed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED Minimum of 6 months experience in an Assembly manufacturing environment Able to work in a team environment Ability to interpret blueprints and their symbols.
- Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
