About the role
- We have an opportunity for a R&D Project Management Coordinator to join our team.
- This entry-level role within the R&D Project Management Department focuses on one or more functional areas such as supply chain, finance, quality systems, or business development.
Responsibilities
- You will support project coordination activities, ensuring timelines and documentation are maintained.
- Work within the project management team to develop timelines, record meeting minutes, and manage overall project plans
- Collaborate with Safety, Warehouse, and Project Managers to coordinate sample shipments
- Support planning and coordination of R&D analytical activities
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills to support effective interaction in a team-based environment and with multiple departments daily
Requirements
- Experience with Trackwise or other similar Quality Management systems required
- Individual may be required to sit for extended periods.
- Perform additional duties as required
Nice to have
- Preferred Skills & Background
- Working knowledge of ERP systems required (experience with JDE preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, MS Project, and PowerPoint), advanced user preferred
- Technical writing skills including report writing, presentations, and meeting documentation preferred
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) processes and requirements preferred
- Pharmaceutical industry experience in supply chain, project coordination, and customer service preferred
