About the role

  • We have an opportunity for a R&D Project Management Coordinator to join our team.
  • This entry-level role within the R&D Project Management Department focuses on one or more functional areas such as supply chain, finance, quality systems, or business development.

Responsibilities

  • You will support project coordination activities, ensuring timelines and documentation are maintained.
  • Work within the project management team to develop timelines, record meeting minutes, and manage overall project plans
  • Collaborate with Safety, Warehouse, and Project Managers to coordinate sample shipments
  • Support planning and coordination of R&D analytical activities
  • Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills to support effective interaction in a team-based environment and with multiple departments daily

Requirements

  • Experience with Trackwise or other similar Quality Management systems required
  • Individual may be required to sit for extended periods.
  • Perform additional duties as required

Nice to have

  • Preferred Skills & Background
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems required (experience with JDE preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, MS Project, and PowerPoint), advanced user preferred
  • Technical writing skills including report writing, presentations, and meeting documentation preferred
  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) processes and requirements preferred
  • Pharmaceutical industry experience in supply chain, project coordination, and customer service preferred
