Responsibilities

  • Partner shoulder-to-shoulder with engineering. Work closely with a world-class, globally distributed development team and the community to break complex problems into simple, shippable steps and drive sprint planning.
  • Measure what matters. Define and track success metrics for your product areas, and use them to inform what we build next.
  • Deep Kubernetes and cloud-native expertise. Hands-on knowledge of Kubernetes and the broader cloud-native domain (e.g., Red Hat OpenShift, AWS, Azure, GCP) - comfortable setting up and operating your own environments in the cloud.
  • A genuine love for building and technology. A tinkerer at heart who tests, breaks, and learns, and who is hands-on enough to build and showcase demos that highlight product capabilities.
  • Partner shoulder-to-shoulder with engineering.
  • Work closely with a world-class, globally distributed development team and the community to break complex problems into simple, shippable steps and drive sprint planning.
  • High agency in fast-moving environments. A self-starter who navigates uncharted waters, manages multiple initiatives at once, and thrives in an agile, non-hierarchical setting rather than a waterfall one.

  • Willingness to travel. Open to travel for customer meetings, partner activities, and conferences.
