Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
High level of proficiency with Excel, including advanced functions and pivot tables.

Hands-on experience administering on Shareworks/Solium.
Experience with Workday, and familiarity with AI and automation tools (Power Automate, ChatGPT/Claude agents/assistants).

This position is eligible to participate in the Company's annual discretionary bonus plan, subject to the terms and conditions of the incentive program, based on individual and company performance metrics.
This position may also be eligible for additional compensation in the form of equity grants pursuant to the Company's long-term incentive plan.
Total target compensation combines a competitive base, an annual bonus, and long-term equity, putting total cash well above base alone.
Base salary range of C$140,000-160,000, plus an annual bonus target of 30% of base salary.
Compensation for this position may vary based on relevant factors such as experience, education, location, and skills.
Prepare and load annual grant files in the equity platform, map grant award agreements, and reconcile employee reports post-load.
