About the role
- Open Doors ABA, a Finni Health company, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in New Johnsonville, TN.
- In this role, you will work one-on-one with children in their homes, using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy techniques under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to make a meaningful impact on their development and daily life.
Responsibilities
- Deliver in-person ABA therapy in a child's home/clinic/school setting
- Follow behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA
Requirements
- Experience working with children
- RBT certification (Required)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to kneel, squat, crawl, sit, and stand for extended periods
- Attend required team meetings and training sessions
Nice to have
- CPR Certification (Preferred)
- RBT Certification (Preferred)
Compensation
- $24.00 - $26.00 per hour

- Schedule: Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, 3:30 PM - 6:30 PM (10 hours per week, flexible)
