About the role

  • Performs case management to facilitate the treatment plan process for clients referred for services. The primary role of the QMHS is managing an assigned caseload to provide Community Psychiatric Services and Treatment (CPST) and Therapeutic Behavioral Services (TBS) based on the medical necessity, consistent with clinical recommendation and client needs.
  • • Maintain Confidentiality: Uphold the confidentiality of records related to clients' treatment, in compliance with all agency and legal standards.

  • Minimum High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience in a youth development focused social service environment (e.g., youth sports, recreation, supplemental education, mentoring, primary education, and youth resiliency skills development).
  • Successful completion of ABHS New Contractor Orientation
  • Successful clearance of applicable state and federal background registries (e.g., Bureau of Criminal Investigation (BCI)
  • Ohio Abuser Registry
  • Ohio Audit Search, Exclusions Database )

Skills

  • Demonstrate a high level of interpersonal skill when working with both agency staff and clients.
