About the role
- You'll be part of a lean, high-ownership duo building ClipBox, a new standalone web platform inside Medal, working directly with our General Manager and with oversight from Medal tech leadership.
- You'll move quickly, iterate with AI coding tools, help make pragmatic stack choices, and have meaningful product and design autonomy.
- As a true fullstack builder, you'll own projects end-to-end, from idea and UX details to system design, implementation, and launch, including scaling real-time video tracking and analytics across hundreds of thousands of videos, building secure payments and payout workflows, and shipping integrations with social APIs like TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram, with a Discord bot planned as part of the ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Experience building and shipping your own products from 0 → 1; Java, C#, and C++ experience; a passion for the creator economy, short-form content marketing, and the games industry
Requirements
- 5+ years of fullstack engineering experience
- Experience with React, Redux, and Node.js
