- 40% Strategic Leadership and Department Supervision
- Responsible for the hiring, development, evaluation and direct supervision of two full time positions including the Assistant Director of Clubs and Student Leadership, and the Coordinator of Belonging and Student Engagement
Responsibilities
- Supervise a student employee team inclusive of student organization support staff, sorority and fraternity student lead, and members of the marketing and design team.
- Partner with the Assistant Director in providing curricular development, outreach, scholarship management, recruitment, and programming for the Urban Leadership Program (ULP) and general campus leadership programming.
- Serve as a key partner and provide guidance and oversight for all belonging and engagement-focused programming and Student Activities Programming Board support with the Coordinator of Belonging and Student Engagement.
- Collaborate with academic support services to develop and implement academic success strategies tailored to the needs of fraternity and sorority members.
- Collaborate closely with Housing and Residence Life, the Student Activities Programming board, and campus partners to align resources, messaging and calendars for evening and late night programming.
- Regularly attend, engage, and lead CMEI staff meetings, events, programs, trainings, and projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- Experience supervising professional staff.
- Experience planning and implementing campus programs, events, traditions, or leadership initiatives.
- Experience managing budgets, including expense tracking, financial reporting, and fiscal oversight.

Nice to have
- Experience with campus risk management, crisis response, restorative practices, and/or student conduct processes.
- Experience designing, facilitating, or assessing leadership programs informed by leadership theory, student development theory, social change leadership models, or culturally responsive engagement frameworks.
- Full-time, 40 hours per week, Exempt
- Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
- Evenings and weekend work: May be required, as needed.
Compensation
- Coordinate the annual SFL recognition and accreditation program which includes chapter self-assessment, data collection, and regular chapter check-ins.
