Help deliver core HR programs like engagement surveys, compensation reviews, performance cycles, and talent planning
Use people data and engagement insights to identify trends, improve retention, and drive a strong team culture
Support recruiting efforts by aligning roles to business needs and partnering on hiring and onboarding
Partner closely with the Senior People Business Partner to deliver tailored people solutions that align with business priorities and SageSure's values
You will support employee engagement, talent processes, team effectiveness, and culture across your designated client groups, working closely with the broader People team to ensure consistent and effective execution of People strategies.
The People Team is a dynamic partner to the business, driving initiatives that support performance, growth, and operational excellence.
