Responsibilities
- We exist to get patients faster, better access to life-saving therapies, and the relationships we build with our life sciences clients are how that happens.
- Our clients are biopharma companies running complex patient support programs, and our Client Solutions team is the partner those clients rely on when it matters.
- As Director of Client Solutions, you will own a dedicated portfolio of accounts and manage the team built to serve them.
- This is a role for someone who wants to do consequential work and build the function that delivers it.
- You set the standard and coach the team to own it.
- You know where every relationship stands, where the risks are, and what the upside is, and you will partner with our commercial team to pursue it.
Requirements
- 10 to 12+ years of experience in SaaS delivery, customer success, account management, or strategic consulting
Compensation
- The annual salary range for the target level for this role is $180k - $225k + equity + benefits, including medical, dental, and vision.
- This role is also eligible for performance-based variable compensation.
- Final compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, interview performance, and internal equity.
