- This role is responsible for ensuring our are well-maintained, move-in ready, and that resident service requests are handled efficiently and professionally.
Responsibilities
- Perform "make-ready" duties to prepare units for new residents
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and tools
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify issues proactively
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs
- Excellent problem-solving skills
Nice to have
- Previous maintenance experience required (property management preferred)
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred
