Job Description This job is responsible for investigating, negotiating and settling complex property damage and liability insurance claims.
The consultant uses high resolution photographs provided by virtual imagery solutions to identify damages and write a damage estimate from a virtual setting.

Familiarity with Xactimate and other virtual assessment tools.

Base compensation offered for this role is $56,000 - $115,000 and is based on experience and qualifications.
This policy applies to all aspects of the employment relationship, including, but not limited to, hiring, training, salary administration, promotion, job assignment, benefits, discipline, and separation of employment.

Investigator - Confidently and independently investigate property claims, perform detailed damage reviews, and interpret policies to determine coverage.
Reviewing policies and explaining coverage and estimates to customers.
Investigating and verifying moderately to occasionally complex coverage and policy information.
Strong analytical skills to assess damages and determine coverage.

Effective Communicator - Use phone, email, and video chat to guide customers through a fast, fair, and easy claims process. Tailor communication to customer preferences and keep them updated.
Negotiator - Evaluate and negotiate claim settlements with customers, vendors, third-party carriers, and claimants, using sound legal and business practices-even in challenging or complex situations.
Communicating empathetically and guiding customers through the claims process.
