About the role
- As a Senior Product Manager at AiPrise, you'll drive the roadmap for a key part of our compliance platform, partnering closely with engineering, design, sales, and customer success to ship impactful solutions for our customers.
- You'll contribute to product strategy, lead execution on meaningful initiatives, and play a central role in shaping how we serve our customers.
Responsibilities
- Drive the roadmap and execution for your product area, ensuring alignment with company goals and KPIs.
- Own high-impact product initiatives that span teams and functions, helping define strategy, align stakeholders, and drive outcomes across the business.
- Collaborate with engineering and design to create detailed product specifications.
- Drive high-quality product development from discovery through delivery.
- Work with the team to implement pragmatic, high-impact solutions.
- Run demos and onboarding sessions, and partner directly with key accounts.
- you can land in a new domain, get up to speed quickly, and drive outcomes without hand-holding.
- Comfortable holding the line on priorities under pressure from customers and internal partners.
Requirements
- 5-8+ years of product management experience, with a track record of independently driving product strategy and execution, and experience mentoring PMs or driving outcomes across multiple functions.
- Proven track record of owning and shipping products end-to-end in fintech, compliance, or developer-facing products.
- Strong technical background - you can debug an API integration with an engineer and reason about system trade-offs.
