Responsibilities

- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the construction process
- Support Project Managers in preparing certification letters, substantial completion letters, final
- Support and assist in the preparation of proposals
- Prepare and collaborate in the development of standard document control procedures, guidelines,
- Maintain construction standard field forms and file index
- Lead the effort to set up, maintain, and audit construction project files and related information
- Attend client, public, project, and staff meetings including client progress, plan review, preconstruction, etc., as needed to support Project Managers
Requirements
- We are looking for an Office Technician with five to ten years of experience to join our Construction team in our Omaha office.
- Candidates must have a High School Diploma, MDOT documentation training and a valid driver's license.
