About the role

  • This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to grow quickly and have visible impact on a product real finance teams use every day.

Responsibilities

  • Own the roadmap, backlog, and outcomes for your product area, in partnership with engineering and design.
  • Partner with engineering through the full delivery cycle, keeping work unblocked and focused on outcomes.
  • Work with customer success, support, and sales to understand how your area performs in the real world and where it needs to improve.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a drive to own outcomes, not just outputs.
  • You will have the agency to solve difficult problems creatively, the freedom to explore work that inspires you, and infrastructure to ensure you're constantly challenged and developing.

Compensation

  • USD $100,000-130,000 per year.
  • Annual company retreats.
