- Develop creative, proactive sourcing strategies utilizing advanced search methods, social media and professional networks.

- Possess strong planning, organizational and written/verbal communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in hiring union employees or engineers (civil) a plus.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States and possess a Valid Driver's License.
