About the role

  • Assurasource is seeking compassionate, dedicated, and skilled Licensed Therapists to join our dynamic team in Colorado.
  • The ideal candidate will provide high-quality mental health services, including individual, couples, and family therapy, to clients experiencing a wide range of emotional, psychological, and behavioral issues.
  • The therapist will work in a supportive environment that emphasizes collaboration, professional development, and a client-centered approach to care.

Responsibilities

  • Develop personalized treatment plans based on client goals and needs.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of HIPAA guidelines and clinical documentation requirements.
  • Experience using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

Nice to have

  • Experience using Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), EMDR, or trauma-informed care.
  • Experience with telehealth services.
  • Business-fluent Spanish and English.
  • Experience with couples and/or family counseling.
  • You can control your schedule and pick the demographic of clients you want to work with.
  • Referrals We receive over 120 new clients per week.
  • We find your clients and fill them in on your calendar.
  • Insurance Process We handle all billing and insurance issues.
