Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of workers' compensation matters from inception through resolution, with guidance and oversight as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and timely billing to manage workload and case flow efficiently.
  • This position is ideal for someone who is ready to work hard, collaborate closely with experienced attorneys, and grow within a stable practice that values timely, high-quality work and direct mentorship.

Requirements

  • Ability to work independently while being open to feedback, supervision, and growth.
  • Litigation experience is strongly valued, including experience in personal injury or matters involving medical records and damages analysis.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.
