  • Where We Need You: Protiviti is looking for a Technology Audit & Advisory Associate Director to join our growing team.
  • You'll al so h elp de velop new business opportunities, expand existing client relationships, and contribute to the growth of our Technology Audit practice.

Responsibilities

  • Helping clients better manage risks associated with their use of technology, protecting and enhancing enterprise value.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline (e.g., Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or b usiness-related field.)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications.
  • 9 + years working in technology audit, consulting, assurance services, risk and control programs, or related field, either in professional services or industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications. Secondary emphasis on Gen AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude, etc.).

Nice to have

  • Analytics and technology enablement (automation, AI/ ML etc.).
  • Ex perience s erving clients in the energy and utilities industry.
  • Establishing and cultivating business relationships and a professional network, including with senior executives.
  • Successfully pursu e business development opportunities and id entifying a nd implementing strategies to obtain new work or clientele.
  • Ability to translate and communicate technology topics and audit issues to client personnel, including executives.
  • Handling project management and administrative responsibilities, such as budgeting, invoicing, and project resourcing.
  • Leadership and direct supervisory experience of teams including conducting performance appraisals, mentoring and coaching, oversight and review of work, coordination across teams, and understanding how to motivate.
  • Experience working across different teaming models, including offshore resources, is a plus.

Compensation

  • Starting salary is based on a full-time equivalent schedule.
