Responsibilities
- Own the compliance roadmap
- Set priorities across compliance problem statements, e.g. scaling to 1,000+ onboardings a day, or building secure infrastructure for check sending at scale
- Untangle bank, partner-network, and regulatory requirements to find what actually decides the outcome
- Partner with Chariot Labs
- Communicate regulation clearly to Product and Engineering, and product decisions clearly to banks and partners
- Able to untangles regulatory and partner-network requirements
- Commercial instincts for partner- and bank-facing work
- Monthly team building events
