Responsibilities
- Set your own schedule based on the needs of your youth.
- Develop and implement treatment plans and conduct intake studies to ensure every child receives the right level of care.
Requirements
- Ability to handle the physical requirements of the role (standing, climbing stairs, lifting up to 40 lbs) and the emotional weight of child welfare.

- you are an advocate, a navigator, and a steady presence for children working toward a brighter future.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences (Social Work, Psychology, Sociology) or Education is required.*
- Team Spirit: Ability to collaborate with a dedicated team of advocates and accept professional supervision.
- Integrity: Must pass an extensive background check and drug screen.
- Resilience: Ability to handle the physical requirements of the role (standing, climbing stairs, lifting up to 40 lbs) and the emotional weight of child welfare.

- Residency Requirement: This is a remote-first position
- however, due to the nature of child advocacy and the need for frequent in-person visits (court, schools, and homes), candidates must reside within a 45-minute commute of Cookeville, TN.
- Salary & Schedule
- Salary: $31,700 - $36,200 per year (commensurate with education level).
- Flexibility: While some appointments (like court) are fixed, you have the autonomy to manage your daily calendar to best serve your youth.
