About the role

Until now, we've outsourced this function to an agency - we're bringing it in-house because we believe the right person, deeply embedded in our team and product, will unlock a level of quality and consistency no agency can match.
You'll be the tip of the spear - researching target accounts, crafting personalized outreach, and booking qualified meetings for our AE team.
This is a high-ownership role with a direct path to AE for the right candidate.

Outbound Prospecting: Own outbound prospecting across target verticals - mobile gaming, agencies, e-commerce / DTC, and enterprise SaaS.
Build and manage prospect lists using tools like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar
Process Optimization: Participate in developing scalable processes for outreach, follow-up, and lead management as we build the outbound motion from the ground up.
Organized and self-directed: you manage your own pipeline, own your numbers, and hit deadlines
You'll help us stay ahead of the competition and own a piece of that growth from day one.
Innovation: Collaborate with a passionate team on cutting-edge AI video solutions that customers actually love.

Strong written communicator: you can personalize at scale without sounding like a template

1-3 years of outbound sales or SDR experience, ideally in SaaS or a high-velocity B2B environment
Genuinely curious about AI, creative technology, and performance marketing - you want to understand what you're selling
Preferred: experience selling into mobile gaming, agencies, or performance marketing teams

Write and execute multi-touch outreach sequences (email, LinkedIn, cold call) tailored to each persona and vertical
Conduct follow-up calls and emails until meetings are set
Proactive and resourceful - you identify patterns, flag issues, and propose solutions without being asked
