About the role
- Our team works closely with our Infrastructure, Development, and testing teams, identifying issues while also suggesting and implementing corrective actions.
Responsibilities
- Support new customer implementations as well as support and maintain existing customer solutions.
- Setup and maintain monitoring of system and ensure all alarms are documented in up to date Knowledge Base Articles
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working in system administration role in a high demand, highly available environment
- familiarity with command line, bash scripting, basic configurations, etc
- Containerization experience with Docker or Podman containers
- Strong technical problem-solving skills and working knowledge of common protocols such as SFTP, SSH, SMTP, DNS, and HTTP/S
- Proven communication, presentation, and documentation skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills required
- The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences or similar preferred
