- You'll need strong judgment, discretion, and the ability to connect day-to-day HR work to broader business needs.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience in HR Generalist, People Operations, or HRBP-adjacent roles
- Strong knowledge of HR compliance, California labor law, and FLSA classification (hourly vs. salaried)
- Experience handling employee relations (ER), investigations, and confidential matters
- Experience supporting both hourly and salaried employee populations, ideally in manufacturing, engineering, or technical environments
- Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., Rippling, BambooHR, Workday, Gusto, or similar) and comfort working in fast-paced, high-growth environments

Compensation
- $105k-$120k
