About the role

Overview Senior Accountant Delaware, Ohio (onsite) Sky Climber is seeking a highly motivated Senior Accountant with strong general ledger, sales and use tax, and multi-entity accounting experience.
This hands-on role is ideal for an accounting professional who enjoys owning complex reconciliations, supporting multi-state compliance, and working across multiple companies in a fast-paced environment.

Manage the preparation, review, and timely filing of multi-state sales and use tax returns, including related reconciliations and supporting documentation.
Manage accounting-related transactions for nationwide real estate holdings.
Perform routine bank reconciliations across multiple accounts and entities.
Maintain organized, audit-ready records for tax filings, reconciliations, and accounting transactions.
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
Ability to maintain productivity and accuracy across recurring, deadline-driven workflows.
Sky Climber's operating businesses include the design, manufacture, and rental of suspended access systems, as well as the maintenance and repair of wind turbines.

Qualified candidates must possess the following: Bachelor's degree in accounting required.
Experience with intercompany accounting, entity allocations, and balance sheet reconciliations.
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Experience with bank reconciliations across multiple accounts or entities.
Bachelor's degree in accounting required.
The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, adaptable, detail-oriented, and confident, taking ownership of recurring accounting processes.
