About the role
- Duties will include general clerical and project-based work, as well as projecting a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction.
Responsibilities
- Implement client AED programs including.
- Provide support to the Client Services Department.
- Maintain oversight of National Accounts as assigned
- Implement new orders to ensure registration is complete
- Create and maintain compliance documentation
- Support staff in assigned project-based work
Requirements
- Possess the ability to multi-task
- Possess experience in customer service
- Possess the ability to apply effective listening skills
Nice to have
- AED Management Program launch conferences and webinar presentations
- Extensive phone, email and chat contact with clients
- Conduct governmental notification of clients who have implemented AED programs
- Review and understand federal and statutory law as it pertains to AED programs
- Resolve outstanding service issues such as bounced emails, failed maintenance checks, out of compliance sites & AEDs, sites with no registered responders, and/or duplicate registered serial numbers
- Assist in scheduling training classes
- Obtain rosters from training classes, print and ship certification cards in a timely manner
- High School Diploma or equivalent. required

- Possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral
