About the role

The Project Executive has the overall responsibility for the oversight of assigned construction projects from preconstruction to close out.
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
10+ years of supervisory construction related experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility and good judgment
Travel is required for this position
LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or government regulations.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.

BS in Engineering, Construction Management, Business or related field
Leadership ability to manage and motivate employees
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
