About the role

  • This role will report to our VP of Marketing and sits the intersection of brand, performance, and product storytelling, shaping how we show up visually and creatively as we continue to scale.
  • You'll be responsible for defining and driving our creative vision, leading a high-performing team, and ensuring everything we put into the world feels cohesive, thoughtful, and distinctly Pair.
  • This is a strategic and hands-on role, you'll be setting the creative vision and roadmap one moment, and in the weeds giving art direction on a shoot or refining copy the next.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Marketing, Product, and Leadership to align creative strategy with key business goals and growth priorities
  • Lead the concepting and execution of integrated campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing creative team across design, copy, content, and production
  • Own creative resourcing, prioritization, and budget allocation across initiatives
  • Manage external partners, freelancers, and agencies as needed
  • Maintain and evolve brand guidelines and creative standards to ensure consistency across all touchpoints
  • You're a strategic creative leader who understands how creative drives both brand and business impact
  • You're a builder, excited to develop scalable creative systems, processes, and a high-performing team
  • You're operationally strong, able to manage priorities, move quickly, and deliver high-quality work
  • You're a people-first leader who develops talent, gives clear feedback, and raises the bar for creative output

Requirements

  • You have a strong point of view on creative and are confident advocating for it, while collaborating effectively across teams
  • 8+ years of experience in creative roles, with experience leading teams (in-house, agency, or both)
  • Experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., generative image, video, and copy tools) to accelerate creative production, testing velocity, and workflow efficiency
  • Experience leading photoshoots, video production, and large-scale campaign execution
  • Familiarity with tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and creative production workflows

Nice to have

  • Experience in DTC, e-commerce, or consumer brands
  • Background in both brand and performance creative
  • Experience managing creative for licensed partnerships or co-branded collaborations
  • Familiarity with weekly product drop cadences
  • Comfort working across a wide range of aesthetic registers (polished brand down to raw UGC)
