About the role

Responsibilities
- Client Support: Provide respectful and professional support to clients, helping them achieve crisis stabilization goals.
- Community Connection: Liaise with community resources for comprehensive client support.
- Group Facilitation: Lead recreational and therapeutic activities.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely client service records.
- Residential Support: Provide a comfortable and welcoming home-like environment.
- Mission: The Opportunity Alliance works with people to build better lives and stronger communities.

Requirements
- Must be able to obtain MHRT-1 and CRMA certification within 6 months of hire date (training provided)
- A good driving record and valid driver's license are required, this position involves some driving
- Must be able to pass criminal background, child protective service check, sex offender check, CNA registry check and must not be on the state or federal suspension or disbarment list
- Must be able to pass pre-employment TB screen and provide proof of immunization or immunity against rubeola (measles), mumps, rubella (German measles), varicella (chicken pox), influenza, and hepatitis B (optional).
- A good driving record is required.
- Associates Degree or higher education course completion equivalency or High School Diploma with related experience required (see below)
