- Raytheon's Advanced Products & Solutions (APS) Strategic Business Unit is seeking an Associate Director, Program Manager - EOIR Air Force Programs.
- This position is based onsite in McKinney, TX.
Responsibilities
- Lead the USAF MQ-9 Program portfolio execution across multiple contract types, ensuring performance across cost, schedule, technical, quality, and contractual commitments
- Lead and provide career coaching to team of direct reporting program managers
- Identifies and reacts to problems and supports solutions, such as allocation of resources and operational execution
- Manage and grow the customer relationship and ensure customer satisfaction
- Develop executable program plans, manage transition risks, and drive consistent, predictable execution
- Demonstrated success developing strategies for execution and growth across franchise or multi-program portfolios
- Ability to interpret and manage complex program requirements and supplier commitments

Compensation
- Supports annual 5-year LRP, monthly forecast and weekly SRO efforts for the business
- The salary range for this role is 157,200 USD - 298,800 USD.
- The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
- Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.
- Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
