About the role
- We're seeking a Senior Director, Solution Owner to join Cohere Health's PaaS Delivery organization.
- This is a remote-first role that may require travel to Boston, MA for new hire onboarding and occasional in-person team meetings and company events.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end success - business, clinical, and technical - for Cohere's largest and most complex customer implementations
- Drive a team of SMEs toward on-time deployments through meticulous organization, program management, and timeline tracking
- Set the standard for what excellent solution ownership looks like at Cohere, through the quality of your own account work
Requirements
- In accordance with state applicable laws, Cohere is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role.

- MBA or equivalent strategic business background is a plus
Compensation
- The salary range for this position is $203,000 to $223,000 annually; as part of a total benefits package which includes health insurance, 401k and bonus.
